Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Vacation Factory facilitates bookings for travel products and services through third-party agents and service providers. We act as an aggregator and platform provider and not the end-service operator. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following terms:

1. Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations are subject to the specific cancellation policy of the travel agent/service provider involved in your booking.
  
  
• Some products and services may be marked as “non-refundable” or may carry strict cancellation deadlines, after which no refund is possible.
  
  
• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to our support team.
  
  
• Cancellation will be considered only after confirmation from the respective service provider.
  
  

2. Refund Process:

• Refunds (if eligible) will be processed only after approval from the travel agent/service provider.
  
  
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment or issued as a credit note/travel voucher, depending on the policy of the provider.
  
  
• Refunds, if any, may take 10–15 working days to reflect in your account, excluding processing time taken by banks or payment gateways.
  
  

3. Non-Refundable Conditions:

• No refund shall be entertained under the following circumstances:
  
  
  • If the booking is classified as non-refundable.
    
    
  • If the booking falls within the cancellation penalty period.
    
    
  • If the customer fails to comply with travel or visa requirements.
    
    
  • In case of “No Show” at the destination.
    
    

4. COVID-19 Specific Cancellations:

• In the event of refusal of service by providers due to COVID-19-related reasons (e.g. symptoms, non-compliance with safety norms), refunds (if any) will be processed only upon receipt from the service provider.
  
  
• Frequent changes in travel SOPs or government guidelines may impact your travel. Vacation Factory is not responsible for such changes or their consequences on your booking.
  
  

Vacation Factory reserves the right to withhold or deny refunds if any Terms & Conditions are found to be violated by the customer.
