Shipping Policy
At Vacation Factory (a unit of India Holiday Options), we offer digital delivery of all travel-related documents. There is no physical product or tangible item that requires traditional shipping. By making a booking through our platform (vacationfactory.travel), you agree and acknowledge the following terms under our shipping and delivery policy:
- Delivery Mode:
All documents including booking confirmations, travel itineraries, e-tickets, hotel vouchers, and invoices will be shared electronically through email and/or WhatsApp, as provided by the customer during the booking process. - Delivery Time:
Our team will dispatch the digital documents within 24 to 48 working hours of successful payment and confirmation from the travel agent or service provider, unless otherwise specified. - Accuracy of Contact Information:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address, mobile number, and other contact details provided during the booking process are accurate and accessible. Vacation Factory shall not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of documents due to incorrect or incomplete details shared by the customer. - Failure to Receive Documents:
In case you do not receive your documents within the stipulated time, please contact our support team immediately. Delay in reporting non-receipt may affect your travel plans, for which Vacation Factory shall not be held liable. - Modification or Resending:
Requests for re-sending or modifying documents will be entertained only after verifying your identity and booking reference number.
